An adventurous route on the Golden Road on the Isle of Harris, Outer Hebrides, Scotland. A beautiful, rural place to cycle and enjoy the scenery. When I cycled the Outer Hebrides I found new and dramatic views around every corner, from bright coastal scenes to moody lochs and mountains, with traditional stone cottages and whitehouses as part of the landscape, a reminder of the long history of people making their home in quiet, remote places.
