Snowy mountain scenes with cosy cabins, snowflakes falling on pine trees, footsteps and ski tracks in the fresh powder.
Each bauble has been lovingly made from a rescued plastic bauble (old and unloved) with papier mache, painted with acrylic paints and varnish, and strung with colourful butchers twine. They are sturdy and lightweight with lovely handmade texture and unique handpainted details.
I love to draw nature and landscape scenes, often with a little house there so you can imagine yourself stepping out into a beautiful place. I had a lot of fun making these mountain baubles!
