The beloved tree at Sycamore Gap grew in a dramatic dip in Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland, and lived to be 300 years young. I drew this textured landscape in soft, joyful colours to reflect happy memories of visiting this beautiful wild place, which drew people to step outdoors and spend some time in nature in an iconic spot. A line of footprints travel into the scene, inspiring us to follow the ancient pathways of visitors to Hadrian's Wall for so many years.
This colourful Sycamore Gap wall art print takes inspiration from vintage travel posters with bold shapes and enticing landscapes, encouraging us to visit the great outdoors. Perfect for anyone who loved to visit the Robin Hood tree and it's dramatic landscape. Great for a bold and modern home, this print brings a hint of mid-century style with retro colours.
